Dr. Layla Sabet
Dr. Layla Sabet graduated with an honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario and further received a Doctor in Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. She has completed clinical rotations in hospitals throughout New York and Chicago and is currently providing service to patients of all ages in her private practice at the Yorkdale Mall for over a decade. Dr.Sabet has successfully completed the board exams to practice in both in Canada and the United States. She is currently a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists (OAO), Canadian Association of Optometrists (CAO), and the College of Optometrists of Ontario. Dr. Sabet is married and has two young children. She enjoys dedicating her time to service to the community, traveling, cooking, and playing badminton.
Chita has over 20 years of experience in the optical industry and is the heart of our office. Chita received a Bachelor of Science form Manila University. She is the Office Manager and is a certified Optometrist Assistant. She is experienced in all aspect of eye care, contact lens fitting, multi-focal measurements ensuring that frames fit properly. Her positive attitude, versatility knowledge contribute to her ongoing success.
Soroush has received a Bachelor degree in Physics and Optics from Tehran University. His background includes retail and lab experience in Iran, Sweden and Canada. He is knowledgeable in selecting well-made frames and innovative lenses to accommodate all prescriptions so that patients can be confident that they will see well and look great. He is skilled in ensuring that frames fit properly and always provides patients with educated choices for their glasses.
May brings over 5 years of experience since graduating with her Optometric Assistant certificate. She has worked all facets of the eye industry ranging from selecting frames and lenses for customers. May has been a wonderful addition to our team. She enjoys the energized environment of the office and gets the most satisfaction when patients tell her how happy they are with the frames she helped them choose.
